This page provides an online tool for helping users identify the pre-bake dimensions required
to produce features with desired dimensions after baking.
The tool will:
1. Calculate pre-bake dimensions based on the polynomial model presented in the paper.
2. Calculate closing pressures based on the "thick spring" model presented in the paper.
3. Look up all empirical measurements of valves within stated tolerances of the specified dimensions.
As a reference, the features measured in the paper span widths of 50-250 microns,
lengths of 150-1200 microns, and heights of 15-80 microns.
